"As a leadership and team coach, I've worked with the most successful leaders, CEOs, and founders in Silicon Valley. And I know exactly what defines a successful manager or entrepreneur: which work and lifestyle patterns and habits can make you an overachiever and which are holding you back.
Based on my 12+ years of coaching experience (and also my Ph.D. in Psychology) I've developed a unique Survey that allows leaders to raise awareness of their performance and productivity (the survey contains 8 different scales to measure factors of your performance and productivity). You will get an accurate evaluation of your current level of performance and productivity level on the scale of your highest potential.
You will be able to identify the distractors that are holding you back from being more productive. I will help you put together an action plan of what and how needs to be changed in your everyday routine, your habits, to boost your productivity and start achieving your desired results.
From this coaching, you will get unique insights into your inner resources and will develop and implement new routines that will improve your quality of life." - Tatiana Indina about this format.
This coaching session also includes a free assessment.
